There are so many people who are struggling to just have a good nights sleep. I thought I’d share some tips on how to take care of that problem. To get a good night’s sleep you need melatonin, a hormone made in your brain.

Plum island is an animal disease center just outside Long island wich is one of the most dangerous bio-labs in the U.S. They are performing studies and tests on bio-warfare and exotic diseases of animals .

There have been virus outbreaks, infected workers, contaminated raw sewage flushed into the Long island sound. There have also been experiments on ticks that might be the source of Lyme disease. But that’s not all, other things is said to have escaped the island, like bizarre looking animals and mutated humans. The most famous thing is “The Montauk Monster”.

The “Montauk Monster” was an unidentified creature that washed ashore dead, on a beach near the business district of Montauk, New York in July 2008. No one can really tell what it is but some say it’s a racoon, some say it’s a turtle without its shell.

You know how people say that animal fat and cholesterol is dangerous to your heart and vessels? Yeah, well thats nothing but a myth!

Cholesterol is a vital substance to your cells, it’s not a poison, and there’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” cholesterol. The idea that dietary saturated fats and cholesterol clog arteries and cause atherosclerosis (arteriosclerotic vascular disease or ASVD) and heart disease is false!

Here are some facts exposing the cholesterol myth.

  1. A high blood cholesterol is said to promote atherosclerosis and thus also coronary heart disease. But many studies have shown that people whose blood cholesterol is low become just as atherosclerotic as people whose cholesterol level is high.
  2. Your body produces 3-4 times more cholesterol than you eat. The production of cholesterol increases when you eat a little cholesterol and decreases when you eat much. This explains why the “prudent” diet cannot lower cholesterol more than on average a few percent.
  3. There is evidence that too much animal fat and cholesterol in the diet promotes atherosclerosis or heart attacks. For instence, more than 20 studies have shown that people who have had a heart attack haven’t eaten more fat of any kind than other people, and degree of atherosclerosis at autopsy is unrelated with the diet.
  4. The only effective way to lower cholesterol is with drugs, but neither heart mortality or total mortality have been improved with drugs, the effect of which is cholesterol-lowering only. On the contrary, these drugs are dangerous to your health and may shorten your life.
  5. The new cholesterol-lowering drugs, the statins, do prevent cardio-vascular disease, but this is due to other mechanisms than cholesterol-lowering. Unfortunately, they also stimulate cancer in rodents, disturb the functions of the muscles, the heart and the brain and pregnent women taking statins may give birth to children with malformations more severe than those seen after thalidomide.

These facts have been around in scientific journals and books for decades so why weren’t we told?

You have all heard about Darwin’s theory of evolution and how the world as we know it was created randomly, but there is one thing you probably haven’t heard of. That’s why I’m here, to educate and enlighten you on the things you’re not told by authority’s. This time I’m planning to shed a little light on the possibility that we were all planned, that we might not just be a tug on the slot machine of the universe.

Intelligent design (ID) is the notion that life is way too complex to have been created and developed entirely by random variations and natural selection as neo-Darwinism will have us believe. That means in more simple words that our existence was planned and designed by something or someone much bigger than us.

Just as an example, as I will dig a little deeper into this later on, some bacteria actually has an “engine” for swimming. It’s called “The bacteria flagellum” and works pretty much as an outboard motor.

I mean when you see a house or a car, you can tell from just looking at it that it is not a creation of nature or the universe. It’s something created by a man or some other intelligent life form. what’s to say that our planet is any different? I’m not saying that we were created by the guy upstairs in a week, I’m just saying that it’s all too complex to have been an accident.

Every time you drink a glass of water or brushing your teeth with toothpaste everyday, you are consuming poison. Poison, as in not good for you. The poison that can be found in your drinking water is fluoride.

Fluoride is very toxic and before it was viewed as a “cavity fighter”, it was used as insecticide and rat poison. Studies link fluoride chemicals to bone fractures, lowered IQ, cancer, allergies and more. A number of different studies has actually linked fluoride to as many as 10,000 cancer deaths per year, and it’s put in our toothpaste and drinking water!?

You know those little white spots you often see on children? That’s called “Dental fluorosis” and predisposes your teeth to decay. It also shows when a systemic fluoride poisoning is taking place. It also appears to be linked to bone fractures in the future.

According to the NRC, fluoride is an “endocrine disrupter.” Most notably, the NRC has warned that doses of fluoride (0.01-0.03 mg/kg/day) achievable by drinking fluoridated water, may reduce the function of the thyroid among individuals with low-iodine intake. Reduction of thyroid activity can lead to loss of mental acuity, depression and weight gain. This shit is for real so here is some of the things you can do to avoid consuming fluoride!

Stop smoking, fluoride has been found in cigarettes.

stay away from tinned fish and canned food items. Fluoride may be used as a preservative.

Eliminate any Teflon of Tefal coated cookware, for scratches in the surface will release PTFT, another toxic fluoride compound.

Avoid fruit juices coming from fluoridated areas.

Avoid using any toothpaste or mouth rinse containing fluoride.

Okay, so in my last post about cell phones I talked about some of the effects on the brain and how it may cause a tumor formation. This time I thought we should take our research southward, straight down to the pocket rocket.

Since most of the population has only been using cell phones and wi-fi heavily for about 10-15 years it’s hard to determine any long-term risks, such as 15-30 year cancer risks. Most studies that supposedly prove that carrying a cell phone in your pocket for hours a day is safe, have been funded by the telecom industry and have very low usage levels that they study.

“Most of the studies performed in the US that conclude no negative effect are funded either directly or indirectly (as with many IEEE studies) by cell phone manufacturers and carriers.  Does this prove malfeasance?  No, but it should raise a red flag.” – Tim Ferris from his book “the 4-hour body”.

He also performed tests on his own and this is where it gets interesting. He tested his sperm count and found out that they were very low, borderline problematic. To make sure it wasn’t a lab mistake he took the same test over and over again for a period of 12 months and the more tests he took, the lower the results. He then did a study where he wouldn’t keep his phone in the pocket. Instead he strapped it to his arm, kept it in his backpack or on the other side of the room when he was working at home. Since it takes an estimated 64 days for a human to produce sperm, he performed this study for 11 weeks (2 weeks to buffer).

The result of this is pretty interesting.

  • Ejaculate volume:  44% increase
  • Motile sperm per millilitre:  100% increase
  • Motile sperm per ejaculate:  185% increase

But if that wasn’t enough there were more than a handful of studies that showed significant decreases in serum testosterone in rats following even moderate exposure (30 minutes per day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks)

And that’s just 30 min per day, most of us use our phones for hours per day. Though these examples are directed towards guys, I wouldn’t count on that there’s no health risk for all the ladies out there. I don’t expect people to stop using their cell phones since it has become so damn important in our daily agenda. But things you can do to lower the risks are to keep the phone as far away from you as possible. Keep it at the edge of the table if you’re at a restaurant, carry it in your backpack or why not just strap it to your arm/leg.

HAARP, which stands for “High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a top-secret government project in the U.S that was started up in 1993 by the military. It is said to be the most dangerous weapon the world has ever seen. It is a field of 360 antennas on the ground in Alaska working as one giant antenna. Each antenna is generating 10,000 watts and all 360 working as a unit can generate 3.6 million watts. The largest legal AM radio station in the U.S generates 50,000 watts, so that’s quite a lot of power.

When HAARP is in use, it sends up radio waves to the ionosphere (part of the upper atmosphere) and heats it up. It creates iregularities that allow the ionosphere to bounce radio signals back to earth.

The things this weapon can do will blow your mind…..litteraly. It can destroy incoming missiles and aircrafts, manipulate nature, locate underground enemy locations and when it’s pointed at the ground it can set off earthquakes and tsunamis. It can also start hurricanes by moving clouds.

I mean, this thing could destroy the whole world and it strangely enough gets me thinking about 2012….

But the thing that gets me freaked about this project is its abilities to generate extra low radio frequencies that can drill deep into the earth and communicate with submarines deep down in the ocean. Now, the scary part about that is that our brain works at the exact same frequency. Our brain waves are in part the same as radio waves and can be influenced by external signals, scary right?

You have all probably noticed how the sky is often covered by long widespread clouds that comes out of the back of aircrafts, called contrails. But have you heard about chemtrails?

For years now the military has sprayed the skies with chemicals, visible traces of polymers and other harmful particles, which eventually drops to the ground, you know, the place where we live. The effects of this so far has been people with average or below average immunity are experiencing pneumonia-like respiratory symptoms.

So why the hockey would they do this? I can’t really be sure but some say it’s an attempt to lower the population since apparently we are too many on this earth. That reminds me reading somewhere that if we’re all standing shoulder to shoulder, we would only cover space the size of L.A, California, but that’s nor here or there.

Another theory why they are spraying these chemicals is a kind of mind control. In other words, to put people in a state of mind where they can’t relax or think rational. Nothing i would know anything about since i can’t think straight with all this GOD DAMN CHEMICALS IN THE AIR.

So how do we protect ourselves from these chemtrials, should we all walk around in hazard suits? Or go live under-sea?

The water we drink, a vital substance for our survival, is being polluted with pharmaceuticals without us knowing.

In 2008, a study was made by the “associated press national investigation team”. They tested treated water in 24 major metropolitan city’s and 50 suburbs  in america. The tests showed that over 41 million people were being exposed to pharmaceutical drugs, that means there were only two city’s where no drugs were found.

The contamination however isn’t restricted to the U.S, more than 100 different pharmaceuticals have been found in lakes, rivers and reservoirs all over the world. Studies shows that drugs have been found in waters throughout Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada and the North sea and a huge variety of drugs has been found, including antibiotics, pain relievers, heart drugs, mind drugs, veterinary drugs and even tranquilizers.

The question you might ask is, why does the water I drink contain these kinds of drugs? How does it get into the water?

Well as you know, people take pills. Their bodies then absorb some of the medication, but the rest of it passes through and gets flushed down the toilet. The waste water is treated before it is discharged into reservoirs, rivers or lakes. Then  some of the water is cleansed again at drinking water treatment plants and piped to consumers. Most treatments however do not remove all drug residue. Even users of bottled water and home filtration systems don’t necessarily avoid exposure. According to the industry’s main trade group, some bottles are just simply repackaged tap water and do not typically get tested or treated for pharmaceuticals. The same goes for home filtration systems.

Still, the exact risks from decades of exposure to different random combinations of low levels of pharmaceuticals hasn’t yet been determined. Recent studies however have found alarming effects on human cells and wildlife.

Despite all these studies and results, the federal government (U.S) doesn’t require any testing and hasn’t set safety limits for drugs in water. That means that anybody who gets the urge can walk right up to a water supply and dump all the drugs he or she wants.

Below is a list of some of the pharmaceuticals that’s been found in treated drinking water.

Amoxicillin — for pneumonia, stomach ulcers

Azithromycin — for pneumonia, sexually transmitted diseases

Bacitracin — prevents infection in cuts and burns

Chloramphenicol — for serious infections when other antibiotics can’t be used

Ciprofloxacin — for anthrax, other infections

Doxycycline — for pneumonia, Lyme disease, acne

Lincomycin — for strep, staph, other serious infections

Oxytetracycline — for respiratory, urinary infections

Penicillin G — for anthrax, other infections

Penicillin V — for pneumonia, scarlet fever, infections of ear, skin, throat

Sulfadiazine — for urinary infections, burns

The number of cell phone users has increased rapidly over the last several years. As of 2010, there were more than 5 billion subscribers to cell phone service worldwide, according to BBC. This is an increase from 500 million users in 2000 and 4.6 billion users in 2009.

Most of us use our phones on a daily basis, why shouldn’t we?  It’s the fastest and most easy way to get in touch with whomever we want to get in touch with, whether it’s your boss,  your friend or perhaps your domestic pet. What you didn’t know is that cell phones emits radio waves, the same thing that heats up your food. When this occures, the heat-transfer from the phone into your head causes a breakdown of the blood-brain barrier (the membrane that keeps toxins from getting into the brain). Cell phone use also slows down the DNA repair which is the most likely mechanism for tumor formation.

In Scandinavia, a study on 15,000 individuals was made which demonstrated that using a cell phone for only one hour per day, which is pretty standard, had some effects. Visual reaction time was prolonged,  the short-term memory was diminished and there was interference with both sleep rhythms and sex drive.
